Return Costs

• Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged during delivery, or otherwise defective — return shipping is free for the customer.

• Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for any other reason (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

Send an email to sardor@modian.us with your order number and reason for return.

2. Get Return Instructions
We will send you a Return Authorization and clear step-by-step instructions.

3. Pack Your Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all original documents and accessories.

4. Shipping Label
We’ll provide a prepaid return label (if applicable). Print it and attach it to the package.

5. Send It Back
Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location.

Refund Process

• Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return requirements.

• Refund: If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment method. You will be notified via email.
